AFFORDABLE GREEN LIVING
Are you looking to go green? This concept has certainly become popular. I have been shopping on-line at an environmentally green store for over five years. It has really helped my family to have safer products at great prices. My kids have sensitive skin and these products work great for that. This store has been in business for 24 years ... they were "green" when green was just a color!
You can switch stores, improve your health, protect our environment and save money!

Weight Management, Wellness, & a Great Price!
A while back I wrote about my good friend who has started a weight management program. Well, now it has been about a year and he has lost over 90 pounds. His enthusiasm is still high – and mine for him as well – I am very proud of him and his accomplishments.
Important elements of the program are tracking your progress, recognizing improvements, rewarding yourself, and creating a support network (I am definitely there for him!). These processes can help you stay motivated and continue your meal and exercise plans, which will bring you that much closer to reaching your wellness goals.
I also have another friend who does not need to lose weight but uses this same program to help guide her in her exercise regime. It has been especially helpful to her as she trains for various racing events.
Great news! There is a special going on for the month of January … for just $6/month you can try out this program too!
Do you want to shed a few pounds, consume healthier meals, lower your cholesterol, or change your body composition? This program gives you everything you need to just get started and stick with it. You can go to the Healthy Family Healthy home link on this page or just click on Switching Stores to get more information on reaching your wellness goals.

BABYWEARING AND CONTROVERSIAL AD
Have you seen the Motrin Baby-Wearing ad? I am a baby-wearer (carry my baby in a sling), but I believe that even those moms who don’t – will see the offensiveness of the ad. Motrin received a lot of flack from moms and pulled the ad four days ago. You can see that they are still apologizing Motrin
However, the ad lives on in You Tube Motrin’s ad
I find that carrying my baby in a sling is much easier on my body than in the car seat and I get a lot less tired than if I carry my baby just in my arms for a long period of time. I use the Nojo. A friend gave it to me and it has served us well! How about you? Did you or do you carry your baby in a sling?

Guest Article #2 - Ten Simple Ways to Drive Traffic
Ten Simple Ways To Drive Traffic
By Jen Edwards
This post isn't about being stuck in rush hour traffic, you're late for your daughter's lesson for the tenth time, and you need to move all the cars, buses, and trucks out of the way, ahead of you.
An answer to that scenario... I'd say you are, "S@!t, out of luck!"
However, I received a question yesterday about "having difficulty driving traffic to my site...any suggestions?"
Well, I have been learning to do the very same thing so I'll share with you what I have found out so far...
1- Update your blog as much as possible with as much content as possible.
2- If you can't post every day, it is recommended to have a RSS feed with wp-o-matic (for full content to be posted not just a title or snippet. I recommend you also write your own content and use this in addition to your own info. offered).
3- Design your blog for SEO:
a) put Adsense on it or other ads.
b) make your title match the name of your blog (remember search engines love consistency) like title of blog "Kids' Keys To Success" so a title of a post would be something like "Interviews with Kids' Keys To Success". And then you should mention your title of your blog at least twice in the body of the post.
c) Make as many links to your site as possible with other sites and blogs i.e. (blog roll).
d) use your tag clouds or keywords for your posts (this will make your key words jump out for the search engines).
e) Have others comment to your posts. This makes more links to your blog for the search engine to pick up.
f) As it is now, search engines don't love flash graphics, try to stay away from them.
g) Use photos, videos and audios on your blogs and sites because it captures your visitors for a longer period of time (they tend to stay on your site longer).
4- Write a press release and submit with links back your sites.
5- Write articles and submit so that other people will post on their sites linking it back to your blog or sites.
6- Adhere to the "golden rule"…
7- Do jv (joint venture) with others who have a bigger "targeted list" already built (go to work with another person who has a list the same size as yours and then endorse each others products…it doubles the size of the “target audience for both of you!).
8- Go to www.pingoat.com and submit your blog to a bunch of services for free.
9- Check out Blogosphere (a black box on the front page of my blog, http://www.kidskeystosuccess.com/blog) Man is this cool!!!
10- Oh, How could I forget?... go to http://www.kidskeystosuccess.com/forum and register!
These are just a few but it will get you started. Happy blogging and here’s to flooding your blog with traffic!
